By using Sivis you accept the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

Sivis is a free platform where users share short text messages that stay published for a limited time. We reserve the right to change, suspend or end the service without prior notice.

2. Your account

You need an account to post messages, light torches and write comments. You are responsible for the security of your account and for everything done through it.

Using multiple accounts to take over the stage is prohibited.

3. Responsibility for content & Moderation

You are solely responsible for the content you post. User content is monitored via automated filters and community reporting workflows.

You keep the rights to your content; by posting it you grant us permission to display and archive it on the platform.

4. Prohibited content

The following are strictly prohibited and removed immediately:

• Hate speech, racism, targeting individuals, defamation and harassment.
• Calls to violence, threats or encouragement of illegal activity.
• Sexual, obscene or child exploitative content.
• Spam, commercial advertising, unauthorized links and automated bot posting.
• Sharing personal confidential data of others without consent.
• Content that infringes copyright or intellectual property.

5. Violations and Appeals

Content violating rules is removed immediately. Repeated violations may result in account termination. You can appeal moderation actions via contact@sivis.app.

6. Advertising

Sivis is free and supported by advertising revenue. Ads are clearly distinguished from user content with SPONSORED labels.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". It is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error free. We cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes

These terms may change. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the current terms.
