How e dey work

Sivis get small rules, but all of dem dey connect. Below na di full system — from posting message to how dem dey calculate di fading time.

1. Di stage rule

Na only one Siv dey for stage at any time. You no fit post new message until di time of di current one finish. Na why di share button dey show lock sometimes.

Once di time finish, stage go clear, and person wey post first go take am. When stage empty, di button go open.

2. Fading time

Every Siv dey start with 5 minutes life. Every torch wey e collect dey add 12 seconds; every inspiration dey add 24 seconds.

Dem dey always calculate di time again from di moment wey dem post di message. So if person collect back im torch or dem delete comment, di time go reduce di correct way.

3. Torch and inspiration

Torch mean say di Siv sweet you and you want make e last longer. Every user fit light only one torch for one Siv, and e fit collect am back.

Inspiration mean say you drop comment. Comment dey add more time pass torch because e take more effort. Comment wey you write for your own Siv no dey add time.

4. Waiting time

After you post successfully you go wait 15 minutes; after attempt wey you miss di stage, na 10 minutes. Dis waiting dey protect di one-voice structure and e dey block spam.

Dem also get limit of 30 torch or inspiration actions per hour and 200 per day.

5. Notifications and profile

Dem go notify you when your Siv collect torch or when person drop inspiration. Your profile dey list di Siv wey you post, di ones wey you light, di ones wey you save and di inspiration wey you drop.

Message wey you post anonymously no dey show for your public profile; na only for your own profile e dey.
